Is true that Diana princess of Wales is dead?

I am English and resident of the U.K, I am observant of things and circumstances around me, I have to be, as I intend to go into journalism, but no NEVER told me that Diana had passed away! I was recently shocked!

17. Yes, she died in August 1997 (nearly 12 years ago) in France whilst trying to get away from the paps (photographers). They have memorials every year to celebrate her life and these are highly publized along with her death and the conspiracy around it.

33. Yes she ruined my 6 week holiday and i was forced to put flowers at buckingham with my mother. She died in 97. Where the hell were you? It stopped all the tv channels, there was crappy announcements on tv all the time and $hitty re-enactments over and over and over and over and over again all day, everyday for the next 4 months. Then every year there was a crappy life story about how amazing a rich person gave money to a couple of charities.
