How much would a coin in memory of princess Diana cost?

I have a big silver coin with Princess Diana's picture on one side and the Queen's on the other. They were created in 1999 in memory of Princess Diana. I heard that there are only 350,000 of these coins out there so they are quite rare. Are they valuable? how much can i sell it for?
